Questions
Is the card number my login?
No. You log in with your mobile number and a password or SMS code. The card number only activates the card.
Can I use the card at any studio?
Yes. Tap it at any allied studio before you pay and the best single benefit applies automatically.
What does the warranty cover?
Peeling, lifting, bubbling, yellowing and tears not caused by impact. Accidents and owner-caused cuts aren't covered.
What if I sell my car?
Start a transfer in the app. The buyer confirms with an SMS code and the warranty moves to them.
Can I put my own photo on the card?
Yes. Upload it in the Card studio before the photo deadline, which is 24 hours before your car's delivery.
